Terms of service

LightPro Connect is a marketplace that introduces property owners to independent permanent outdoor lighting installers. We are not a lighting contractor, we do not perform installations, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with an installer.

You agree to provide accurate project and contact information, to use the site only for genuine project inquiries, and not to scrape, resell or bulk-collect installer data.

Listed installers must maintain the licensing and insurance they claim, honor the warranty terms shown on their profile, respond to matched leads promptly, and keep their service area and brand credentials current.

We may suspend or remove a listing for misrepresentation, repeated customer complaints, or lapsed insurance.

Reviews must describe a real completed or contracted project. We remove reviews we cannot connect to a project and we do not allow installers to edit customer wording.

Verification is a good-faith checklist, not a guarantee of workmanship. You are responsible for your own diligence, contract and permits. To the extent permitted by law, LightPro Connect is not liable for the acts, omissions or work of any installer.
