Our target
We design and test LightPro Connect against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA, including keyboard operation, visible focus, text contrast on our dark interface, and descriptive labels on every form field.
Known limitations
Our map view conveys installer locations visually; the same results are always available as a keyboard-accessible list. Some installer-supplied project photos may lack detailed descriptions.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of the site blocks you, contact us with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within one business day and to fix confirmed blockers promptly.
