When you request quotes we collect your name, email, phone number, project address details and the project information you provide, including any photos you upload.

We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, device type and pages viewed so we can keep the marketplace secure and understand which areas need more installers.

Your project details are shared with a maximum of three matched installers so they can prepare a quote and contact you. We tell you which companies received your request.

We use your email to send status updates about your request and, if you opt in, occasional guidance about permanent lighting. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Matched installers, and the service providers that host our site, send our email and process installer subscription payments. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sharing a request with installers, by contacting us. We keep lead records for a limited period to resolve disputes.
